Admissions

We work closely with Flore Pre-School, Flore Day Nursery and Campion School to ensure a smooth transition from one phase of education to the next.
Our pupil admission limit is 20 children in any one year group. The school serves the families of the village and those living in the nearby hamlet of Brockhall. This does not prevent families who live outside the village making applications for places but priorities will be given to those living in Flore and Brockhall and then those who already have brothers and sisters attending the school. Decisions on the allocation of reception places  and applications for any age group are made by Northamptonshire Local Education Authority.
Similar criteria are applied on transfer to secondary school and parents should note that a place at Bugbrooke Campion School cannot be guaranteed upon leaving Flore Primary School.

Oversubscription Criteria
Places will be allocated to pupils who have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan that names the school as appropriate provision. When there are more applications for places than there are places available, priority will be given in the following order:

  • Children in public care or previously in public care but immediately after being looked after became subject to an adoption, child arrangements order or special guardianship order
  • Pupils who live in the linked area
  • Pupils with a brother or sister continuing at the school at the time of admission of the child
  • Other pupils
